7. Do custom orders require a deposit?
Yes. All custom orders with Southern Bell Designs, LLC require a 50% non-refundable deposit before any design work or production begins. This deposit secures your order and covers design time, materials, and customization services. The remaining balance is due prior to order completion or delivery. Because custom items are made specifically for you, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. Why is the deposit non-refundable?
Custom orders are created exclusively to your specifications. Once design or production has begun, materials and labor cannot be reused or resold. For this reason, all custom order deposits are non-refundable.
9. When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance must be paid in full before your order is completed, released, or shipped.
