• Custom Orders: typically 7–10 business days after design approval

• Ready‑to‑Ship Items: 3-5 business days

Shipping Methods:

USPS or UPS with tracking.
Delivery estimates are 3–7 business days (Standard) or 2–4 business days (Priority).

Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy

All sales are final for digital items and for custom/personalized products once approved and paid. If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, contact us within 48 hours with photos; we’ll review and make it right.
